Terms of service

• Payments are made via Stripe, you do not need a stripe account to check out.

• Appointments can be refunded up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled session

• TELESUMMIT packages are refundable within one week after the start date of the live group coaching calls.

• Appointments must be booked 24 hours in advance.

Refund Policies
Life happens and sometimes your appointment can't be met.  If you need to cancel or reschedule the appointment, please provide me with 24 hours advance notice, or I will require full payment for the session.  If I cannot reach and connect to you via phone or email within the first 10 minutes of your scheduled session time, I will consider the session cancelled and will retain the session fee.  

Payments for sessions cancelled more than 24 hours in advance may be refunded or applied to the next session.

Once a session is complete, there are no refunds.
